Abt appliance and electronics strore began in 1936 when Jewel Abt gave $800 to her husband David to start a business. Originally named Abt Radio (since it only sold small electronics) Abt Electronics has since become the place to shop for many people in the Midwest. They started with three employees in a small storefront in the Logan Square area of Chicago, Abt Electronics has grown to more than 1000 employees and occupies 29 acres in Glenview IL, a suburb of Chicago.

Abt Appliance Satisfaction Policy

You can return an item within the first 30 days* (from the shipping date). They will gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise — whichever you prefer. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals and all accessories. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Abt Electronics will cover the cost to exchange within 30 days*.

Products returned that weigh more than 50 pounds will be charged a return shipping fee- so keep this in mind.  The fee will be based upon size and weight of the product. A return shipping price will be sent to you before it is picked up.
